What is a Subscription?
One subscription includes four (4) planter deliveries per planter, per year (spring, summer, fall, winter).
Delivery is somewhat dependent on the weather. When the season turns, we will deliver the new arrangements and dispose of the old. We will confirm the next planter arrangement installation date by email. In general, here’s what you can expect:
Spring — 2nd week of April
Summer — 2nd week of June
Fall — 2nd week of September
Winter — Mid-November
How is the Subscription Priced?
Pricing is based on the planter opening size, per seasonal delivery. Simply measure the inside diameter at the top of the planter. For window boxes measure the length of the box.
Payment
We gladly accept major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal. At the time of your order, we will charge you for the first delivery. We will save your credit card and you will automatically be charged every three months thereafter.
How do I care for them?
Care guides are emailed to you. Once installed you, the client is responsible for regular watering, fertilizing and all maintenance on planters unless you specifically engage our care services.
Care services?
Yes, we are available to make regular visits to ensure your planters are looking their best. In fact, many clients have us care for their garden beds as well.
Ready?
Once you’re ready, our process is simple. Identify your planter style, sunlight exposure and the size of the planter openings. We are then ready to go!

We are happy to meet with you to clarify and advise on your wishes. To initiate a free 15-minute consultation at your home, select “I need a consult. Contact me!” on the “Get Started” page. During these times of Social Distancing, we can get creative with consultations using FaceTime or other approaches.
What if I need planters?
The Subscription is based on you having planters. If you need planters, we have a number of planters in stock, and access to many more. We are happy to advise you on a good style for your home. Just ask!
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, but we hope you won’t. We just need 2 weeks notice and we can cancel your subscription.
